Administration Executive

 

The incumbent should be prepared to multitask and have a willingness to expand his / her horizons, in taking an interest in the company's activities. In this department the incumbent will be working independently and fully in charge of the functions of such a department

  • Your specific job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Handle phone calls, customer service;
  • Generating written correspondence;
  • Creating and maintaining files and database, generating reports;
  • spreadsheet creation & data entry;
  • Sales and Marketing Support;
  • Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements;
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments.
 

Qualifications:

  • Min O/A level or Dip Holder with at least 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably within a small corporate environment supporting one or more senior-level managers;
  • Excellent administrative and data management skills;
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, follow through, multi-tasking, communication, interpersonal and customer service abilities; and
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook software

Salary range: $1300 - $1500

Location: Jalan Pemimpin

Working Days:5 day week
Working hours: 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. (Mon to Fri)
