Upon retrieval of your keys, Singapore Post alerts KeyPost, which in turn tracks your details down through your unique serial number. You will be advised of the whereabouts of your keys via SMS, E-mail or telephone. Your keys will then be returned to you by registered mail. A 24-hour emergency service is also available!
