ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Order Acceptance Policy means the policy of KPS regulating the ordering and cancellation of orders for products. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation is signify our acceptance of your order. KPS reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for valid reason. KPS does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products purchased from KPS. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between You (buyer) and us will take place on the despatch of the products ordered by You (buyer) unless we have notified You (buyer) that we do not accept your order or the order has been cancelled. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

The sales contract is therefore completed under Singapore Law. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchased by You at any time.
USE RESTRICTIONS
KPS grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of KPS. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of KPS. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of KPS and our affiliates without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing KPS affiliate's name or trademarks without the express written consent of KPS. You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of KPS so long as the link does not portray KPS, its affiliates, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. REFUND POLICY
All purchases are final and no exchange, refund or returns will be entertained.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, entry error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, KPS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for said product(s). Although your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled, KPS will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to KPS or to products you purchase through KPS shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Singapore, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate KPS's intellectual property rights, KPS may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in Singapore, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the Singapore Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting KPS, you agree that the laws of the state of Singapore, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and KPS or its affiliates.
DEALINGS WITH ADVERTISERS AND MERCHANTS
Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers and merchants found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser or merchant. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that: (a) KPS shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers or any of KPS's affiliates, and (b) any orders placed by you on, and any product specifications and product availability appearing on www.keypost.com.sg or any KPS's affiliates are subject to confirmation by, and the terms and conditions of business of, the relevant Merchant.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
YOUR ACCOUNT
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. KPS and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
YOUR KEYPOST KEYTAG (KEYPOST RECOVER)
All keytags purchased either through KPS’s website or through any KPS's affiliates are subject to a yearly subscription of $24.95. Your key tag may initially be purchased by you from our website or through any KPS's affiliates or given as a gift basis with the first year of subscription waived. For subsequent years, payment of renewal fee will be billed to you by KPS via email or surface mail or Credit Card subscription renewal.
RETURN OF FOUND KEYS
KPS will return via registered mail, all found keys of owners who have their keys attached with the Keypost tag and who are fully registered online at www.keypost.com.sg with a valid subscription only. KPS will have the right not to return any found keys with no valid registration and or subscription.
KPS will reserve the right to return keys in any length of time of which the duration of the time found and the time taken to contact the owner (so as to confirm that keys are found and that the owner’s registered information is current) in which if the owner remains uncontactable for whatever reasons until the owner is contacted and the keys are returned.
Found keys are returned ‘as-is’. If part of key or keys or any attachment or valuable item is found missing as described by the owner of the found keys, KPS will not be liable for any missing key or keys or attachment or valuable item not found together as a whole set of keys that were lost as described by the owner.
CRISIS ALERT
KPS Crisis alert is available free for all Keypost subscribers as long as their subscription remains current.
Subscribers carrying the keypost tag who are subscribed to Crisis Alert is not transferable. KPS will not be liable for any mishaps, death, permanent disability that arises from the use or misuse of the Crisis Alert service.
Medical records and next-of-kin details are only released if the subscriber agrees to allow such records be released to the relevant authorities.
Medical records and next-of-kin details are only released to the relevant authorities so as to assist these authorities to enable them as a means to contact the next-of-kin and or to decide further action. KPS is not liable for any mishaps, death, permanent disability as a result of mis-diagnosis or diagnoses given to the Crisis Alert subscriber as a result of the release of any medical information to the said authorities as the information released is ‘as is’ and these information is saved in KPS database by the Crisis Alert registrant themselves.
