  My KeyPost tag is damaged. How do I get a replacement?
  Just send the damaged tag to us, together with a self-addressed postage-paid envelope (approximately S$ 2.80), and a new one will be mailed to you at no extra charge.
   
  How do I know if my KeyPost service is still valid?
  Contact us with your full subscriber details (ie. Name, IC and KeyPost tag serial number), for an update of your account status.
   
  How do I change my address and contact details ?
  Amendments to address and contact information may be done via SMS, telephone or e-mail free of charge
   
  Will KeyPost work if I loose my keys in another country?
  The s ystem is recognised internationally and is subject to the responsibility of the respective finder. Once KeyPost ( Singapore ) is notified, you will be informed of the whereabouts of your keys via SMS, e-mail or telephone. It will then be sent to your registered mailing address. Kindly note that international and local postal charges apply.
