As soon as our Key Finding Centre receives a lost key, the owner's details are tracked through the unique serial number on the assigned
KeyPost tag. The owner will be advised of the whereabouts of his/her keys via SMS, E-mail or telephone. KeyPost will then return the keys by
registered mail.
The contract duration is for 5 or 10 years from the issuing date. Subscribers will be notified in writing, one month prior to contract expiration for the option to renew. Change of address is free of charge and can be done for via SMS, Internet or telephone.
